Competition season is rapidly approaching.
That means two things. Firstly, it's time get brewing, and, secondly, the conference isn't too far away either.
This should hopefully be able to motivate you on both fronts. The Australian National Homebrewing Conference is again offering a free full package (Alpha Amylase) to ANHC 2010 for the Champion Brewer of every qualifying competition for AABC 2010!
And don't worry, if you've already bought a ticket we'll refund you. This offer also includes Tasmania and the Northern Territory for the first time, provided they receive entries from at least ten brewers.
So how do you enter? The qualifying state competitions are as follows:
- ACT 2010 Amateur Brewing Championship (incorporating the Tasmanian state championship), 25-26 September, venue TBA
- NSW Amateur Homebrew Championships, 18-19 September, Castle Hill showgrounds
- Queensland Amateur Brewing Championship, 11-12 September 2010, venue TBA
- State Amateur Brewers Show of South Australia (incorporating the Northern Territory championship), 19 September, Holdfast Bay Bowling Club
- Vicbrew, 2-3 October, Belgian Beer Cafe Eureka, Southbank
- WA State Amateur Brewers Competition, 11-12 September, venue TBA
