Don't forget, you can get a 10% discount on the package prices by purchasing before 10pm (AEDT) on July 30.

Attendance to the sessions includes morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea.

Beta-amylase: If you have a short half-life and just want to nibble away at the sessions.

Attend all the sessions on Friday and Saturday, plus Club Night on Friday night.

Limit-dextrinase: If you want to go where the betas can't, but don't have what it takes to go all the way.

About Us

Looking forward to its second conference, ANHC is the brain-child of John Preston, who has attended the American National Homebrew Conference twice and enjoyed it so much he decided he had to have one here. John pulled together a collection of the smartest and best-looking homebrewers in Melbourne to put together the inaugural ANHC in 2008.

A not for profit organisation, ANHC's primary goals are to:

» improve the quality of homebrewed beer,
» raise awareness of homebrewing and quality craft beers,
» share brewing knowledge and experience, and
» provide inspiration, ideas and motivation for you to brew.
